Faith Forge Labs: digital work with a clear business owner
Faith Forge Labs provides websites, software, integrations and digital design remotely from the United States. This site helps businesses connected with Costa Rica consider that work in relation to their customers, staff and existing tools.
We are the technology and design provider in the engagement. Your organisation owns the offer, approves its commercial information and decides the operational rules. Appropriate professional advisers resolve regulated requirements. Those roles make it possible to build a useful system without asking a developer to guess what the business is allowed or prepared to promise.
Understanding the task before choosing the format
A description such as “we need a booking system” can contain several different needs. The website may fail to explain a service. Staff may be checking a resource in another account. A customer may be unable to distinguish a request from a confirmation. Each issue deserves a different investigation.
We start with a concrete example and the material that can be reviewed appropriately. A public page, an invented request and an account of the staff response can reveal where the task breaks down without exposing customer records. More detailed access is arranged privately when it becomes necessary for an agreed assessment.
A first recommendation can be a page revision, a supported configuration or a bounded connection. Custom development is considered against the work it would make possible and the responsibilities it would leave with the team.
One organisation can serve several audiences
A business serving repeat local customers and people preparing a visit does not have to explain everything in the same order. A returning customer may need a concise route to a familiar service. A first-time visitor may need information about the location, preparation and conditions before asking for availability.
The facts should agree across those paths. Different introductions must not create different inclusions or imply that a translated page has a separate commercial policy. Content planning identifies which information is shared and where a different explanation is useful.
The same care belongs in staff information. A summary can help a colleague work in another language, but it should not erase a condition in the customer's original request. Decisions need a source and an accountable reviewer.
Language and professional review are explicit responsibilities
English is the default for technical delivery and project discussions. Additional language support and professional review of Costa Rican Spanish are arranged separately. Publishing this Spanish information section does not establish permanent Spanish-language staffing or a local office.
The project identifies who can approve a translation, a product fact, an operational instruction or a provider configuration. One person may hold several responsibilities, but an approval should still make clear what was reviewed. Permission to publish is not automatically authority to change a price or contract condition.
Evidence that helps you assess the work
A proposal should explain the result to be delivered, the access and materials needed, the exclusions and the review process. During the work, reviewers need a usable version and a task that can reveal whether it meets the agreed purpose.
At handover, the organisation needs to understand its accounts, routine updates and remaining dependencies. If a capability has not been demonstrated in the selected provider account, it remains a condition to resolve. It should not become a promised feature because a general product description mentions something similar.
The process and scope page explain how these responsibilities shape an engagement. To begin, tell us about one customer or staff task and the point where the current arrangement stops helping.
