Try the journey on paper first.
Use this worksheet for a booking, service inquiry or customer request. Choose an ordinary example and a changed request. Replace real names and personal details with fictional ones.
What the customer knows
Write down the offer, date or service they are asking about. Which details should the website explain before contact? Include language, location, preparation and the meaning of any displayed currency.
What staff must check
Identify availability, suitability or document decisions. Name the person who can decide and the system they trust. Explain what happens if that person is away.
What makes it confirmed
Is confirmation a staff decision, an accepted payment or a provider event? Write the rule precisely. A request-received screen should not accidentally promise a confirmed reservation.
What changes afterward
Try a date change, cancellation or missing detail. Decide who sees it and how the customer receives a clear update. Keep the original commitment understandable.
Who checks the result
Name a content owner, a Costa Rican Spanish reviewer where needed and an operational reviewer. Give each a complete task to test before launch.
Bring these notes to a project conversation. They help scope software and content; they do not establish legal, accounting or professional compliance.
