Show what a package includes before the customer chooses it
A package can look simple while containing several independent services. If the customer cannot tell what is included, staff may spend the next conversation correcting expectations rather than confirming the purchase.
Describe the components
A hypothetical Costa Rican experience business might offer an activity with transport and an optional meal. Identify each component, the relevant conditions and which choices affect availability. Avoid placing an important exclusion only in a small caption far from the decision.
Keep the operational meaning
A single customer purchase may require several staff tasks. Decide whether each component has its own capacity or provider confirmation. A package should not appear available merely because one of its parts is available.
Test an adjustment
Use a fictional customer who changes an optional item after the initial request. Check whether the revised summary shows the whole current arrangement and whether staff can see what changed. Your organization approves the commercial and cancellation terms.
W3C's guidance on grouping form controls can help present related choices. It does not define the package's contractual meaning. Bring the component list to an online-selling or reservation project before choosing how the package will be represented in software.
