Describe access with specific facts customers can use
A phrase such as easy access can mean different things to different guests. Useful accommodation information describes the actual features a person needs to assess. The business supplies and checks those facts; the website makes them findable.
Follow the arrival route
For a Costa Rican accommodation business, review the route from arrival point to reception and the room. Describe relevant steps, surfaces, entrances and facilities with confirmed information. Do not infer suitability from a photograph or apply an accessibility label without an appropriate basis.
Use images and text together
A photograph may help someone understand a space, while a text description explains a detail outside the frame. Keep captions accurate and identify which room or area is shown. Avoid using a representative image that implies every room has the same feature.
Offer a clarification route
A guest may have a specific question that a standard page cannot answer. Explain how to ask and who can confirm the detail. Store approved answers where staff can find them rather than repeatedly improvising.
W3C's image guidance helps with image alternatives on the website; it does not assess a property's physical accessibility. We can scope content organization and website design around information your team has verified.
