Operations
Let the right person update the offer without changing everything
A business needs to update practical details without giving every editor control over the whole website. Plan editing roles around responsibilities rather than relying on one shared administrator login.
Separate routine changes
A Costa Rican business might let an operations colleague update meeting instructions while a manager approves service terms. A content editor may prepare a page but need review before publication. The publishing system should reflect those differences where practical.
Keep review visible
Decide how an editor knows a draft is awaiting approval and who can publish it. A change to a translated page may also need Costa Rican Spanish review. Do not assume that editing the English page automatically updates every language version.
Test the intended access
Use a test account with the editor's actual role. Can it update the intended page, preview the result and avoid changing settings outside its responsibility? Review account recovery and staff-departure procedures as well as the first login.
OWASP's authorization guidance describes technical access-control principles. The business still defines the permissions it needs. A publishing or internal-tool project should include an access map and a usable review process, not only a new editor screen.
